What are the conditions for a potential girlfriend to appear?

Potential girlfriends will appear if the following conditions are met:
・You are playing as a Custom Player
・Your Custom Player is at least 18 years old.
・Your Star Level reaches 10 (remaining candidates will appear at 15 and 20)
