How do I swap a two-way starting pitcher with a pitcher in the "Off" frame on the starting and bench setup screen?

If you replace the starting pitcher set as [Starter + DH] with a bench pitcher, you will be able to set the pitcher in the "Off" frame as the starting pitcher.
