1. Reinstall the app.
2. After installing, open the app and tap [GAME START].
3. After finishing/skipping the tutorial, proceed to the [HOME] screen and tap the [Menu icon] located at the top-right corner of the screen
4. Tap [HELP/CONTACT US].
5. Tap [CONTACT US].
6. Tap [Recovering Game Data].
7. After filling in the required fields, please contact us by email (required fields are marked with an *).
