Do the games fill a typical tv screen or do they fill a portion of it (placed over a static background like in the images here)? What's the aspect ratio

The games can be played in Normal 4:3 (as shown), Full 4:3 with the game screen is filled vertically to the top of the TV screen, and Wide 16:9 where the game screen is filled to the top and stretched horizontally to fill the entire wide screen.
