Try the following procedures:
<Check the Player Acquisition Log>
[Step 1]
Tap the [Menu icon] in the top-right of the Home Screen.
[Step 2]
Select [PLAYER ACQUISITION LOG]. Up to 1,000 players obtained through Contracts in the past 30 days will be displayed.
<How to Find Missing Players>
-If you've reached your Team Slots limit:
If a player has a gift symbol next to their icon on the Contract's Acquired screen, you've reached your Team Slots limit and the player will be sent to the Gifts Menu to be claimed.
Tap the [Sort & Filter icon] and sort by [Obtained].
-If you haven't reached your Team Slots limit:
Sort by [Obtained] in the Player List menu.
[HOME] > [PLAYERS] > [LIST] > [Sort & Filter icon] (top-right of screen) > [Criteria] 1 or 2 > Change the [Obtained] sort order to descending by tapping the [Down arrow].
