Can I revert my game data after enabling the enhancement?

I enabled the ENHANCEMENT but the enhancement was not reflected when I load the game from the LOAD GAME from the PAUSE MENU.
If the game has already been played, in order to enable the enhancement, you will need to load the game from the in-game save and not from the manual save in the PAUSE MENU.

I pressed the DELETE SAVE in the carousel screen but when I select LOAD GAME from the PAUSE MENU, my data was not deleted.
