Estava jogando com adversário (fraco) pq o cara toma um gol fica nervosinho e começa a fazer gol contra ainda tentou sair com goleiro fiz mais uns até aí blz ... Aí tava 8 a 0 o jogo travou não voltava e eu fiquei com a derrota TNC isso não existe podem dar um jeito até pq eu tenho gravado os gols ...na mesma hora que ele começou eu comecei a gravar a tela se não arrumarem vou enviar em todas as páginas de Facebook, Instagram, YouTube vou fazer questão de pagar e chegar o mais longe possível pra mostrar o quanto a Konami faz descaso da gente que joga certo

When are you going to remove or drastically reduce the hand cap? This is ruining the game. I buy cards, build a good team to get ranked, and my team ends up being rubbish and bad with a weaker team? What is your intention? To drive away players who contribute by spending money in the game? THINK AGAIN about this. It's discouraging to play. You're going to lose more people to the game this way.

WHY DON'T YOU TAKE A STANCE ON COMPLAINTS? The game is TRASH IN THE RANKED, TOTALLY BUGGED AND FULL OF HANDICAPS AND YOU DON'T GIVE USERS ANY SATISFACTION!

i have problem with your game:

1.:dribling is harder than opening a lollipop and when you even trying no matter the player's physicality no matter the player's dribling or pace when the striker reaches an area near the defender the defender easly gets the ball without any problems.

2.:passing is just worse than everything else in this game the playrers dont put power in passing or if you use power pass it will take the players to even touch the ball about 3-5 seconds and if you use normal passing same it will wait and while the players are waiting the defender gets the ball. and here too dont matter the players pass rating the ball is just not going that way and another one if you press pass FOR A LITTLEBIT the player will pass it to the opposit side to the pitch or if you press until the bar is full the players will just pass to the nearest player. (same with sooting)

3.:graphics i like that you can change the blur and the brigthnes but that is just not looking good did you guys heard about FC25? because if they can make good graphics you can too.

4.:running is hard because if you get the ball and you are 1v1 with the keeper no matter the pace, phicsycality the defenders will catch up to you and easly get the ball.

5.:skills are very very hard in this game because if you try to its just not doing it (in case you are wondering yes i tried with players that have the playstyle) and the problem with skills are in the "1" point i wrote it down.

Ela tem toda razão não adianta vc colocar skin nos jogadores de corrida quando vc está com a bola os defensores vam te alcançar e roubar sua bola

Purchase Error.
When purchasing coins (which were on sale) via PayPal, after completing the first purchase of 200 coins for R$5.50 and trying to purchase 890 coins, the message "Unable to purchase" appeared when I logged in again. I tried to make further purchases of other currencies, but the error message appeared again. Furthermore, the amounts were debited (double) from my credit card via PayPal and were not credited. Please help!

Venho expressar minha insatisfação com o atendimento do suporte. Enviei todas as informações solicitadas corretamente e já faz mais de 8 dias que não recebo nenhuma resposta ou atualização sobre o meu caso.

Entendo que há uma grande demanda, mas gostaria que o suporte fosse mais ágil e transparente, principalmente quando se trata de contas com histórico de compras e tempo de jogo.

Peço que melhorem a comunicação com os jogadores e que deem mais atenção aos casos em andamento. O eFootball é um ótimo jogo, mas o suporte precisa acompanhar esse mesmo nível de qualidade.
